Mike is a full-time Brisbane Magician who has performed in over 300 cities across 12 countries, headlining comedy festivals and starred on London's West End. In early 2019, his show for which he was the co-star and co-creator, became the first Australian magic show in history with a residency performing nightly in Las Vegas! Over 75 million people have witnessed his primetime TV appearances in Australia, America, Canada, and the UK, including America’s Got Talent and Entertainment Tonight. Mike performed a 20-city ticketed theatre tour in USA in Jan-Mar 2020 prior to returning home to Brisbane due to Covid. Despite being based in Brisbane, he is often booked by some of the world's most successful companies, professional sporting teams, government organisations, and charities. Mike's feature magic/mentalism show combines mind-blowing magic, cutting-edge mind trickery, and side-splitting comedy. Mike’s act is clever, hilarious, interactive, and memorable. Normally presented from a stage or platform for larger seated crowds. It’s different to classic magic shows as Mike’s performance can be customised to suit a particular event and demographic. Always modern and innovative, Mike avoids the cheesy magic stereotypes to deliver a guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Roving interactive magic
Mike mingles amongst your crowd performing "miracles" to small groups at a time. This includes trickery with cards, coins, fire, balls, napkins, money, rings, and even borrowed items like someone’s mobile phone. Some of it is known to happen literally in the hands of the audience. Ideal for cocktail (i.e. standing) events as well as seated settings. Mike started his career as a close-up magician and is now considered one of Australia’s best.
comedy hypnosis show
Mike adds youth and flair to the ancient art of hypnosis as his show sees members of the audience becoming the true stars of the stage: saying and doing things they would never otherwise do. It’s all REAL and must be seen to be believed! Minimum show length is 60mins and ideal for audiences over 100 people who are interested in an unbelievable, hilarious and unforgettable night!
